You're eligible for a full refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The size you receive is different from the size listed.
• If the size mentioned is correct but it doesn't fit you, you are not eligible for the exchange or refund

Simply return the item in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund.
