Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience at ThriftifiedPK. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We currently offer exchange only (no refunds) under the following conditions:

Damaged or Faulty Item

If your item arrives damaged, torn, or significantly different from what was shown or described, you are eligible for an exchange.

Incorrect Measurements

If the product measurements listed on our website do not match the item you receive, you may request an exchange.

Note: A minor variation of 1–2 cm may occur due to manual measurement.

2. Refund & Exchange

Full Refund

You're eligible for a full refund if:

Your item arrives damaged.
You receive the wrong item.
The size you receive is different from the size listed.

Simply return the item in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund.

Exchange or Store Credit

If the item matches the listing but:

It doesn't fit you as expected, or
You've changed your mind,

you can request an exchange for another available item or receive store credit for your purchase.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
Requests made after 3 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

3. Exchange Delivery Charges

A 250 PKR delivery fee will be charged for processing the exchange.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot offer exchanges in the following cases:

Items damaged due to customer handling.
Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
Sale or clearance items marked as non-exchangeable.

5. Exchange Process

Follow these steps to request an exchange:

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and the issue.
Share photos or videos of the product.
Once your request is approved, send the item back via courier.
After we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be dispatched.
